When should i make my spa reservation?
To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want, when you want, not only is advance booking suggested, it is highly recommended. Guests may book up to one month in advance of their arrival. Some treatments may not be available every day. Call our reservation agents at +62 877-8553-7836 to reserve your appointments for Spa treatments.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you have a massage or a body treatment, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
What should i wear?
A robe, slippers and lockers are provided for your convenience at the spa or you may choose to wear the robe from your room. It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe for your spa services. Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table.
What about my Jewelry and valuables?
We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the spa. Lockers are also available within the spa for you to place your personal valuables.
Can men and women come and use spa together?
Yes, but only during the mixed session times. Please refer to individual locations for the spa timetables.
Who can guide me choosing my treatment?
Our spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.
What if i have special health conditions?
Please notify a spa professional before scheduling your appointment and they will suggest a plan that’s right for you.
What is the Spa's cancelation policies?
We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. A 48 hour notice is requested for multiple services or package appointments.
